Bold eye shadow is in. Subtlety is a thing of the past. Personally I'm glad, no longer restrained to outlandish make-up for Halloween I merrily skipped down to boots to stock up on false eyelashes. They are the secret to balancing out those bold colours, making sure your eyes don't shrink back into dot like oblivion.
